On the ground floor of the 3-bedroom Villa Ares, you will find a cosy living room furnished with extremely comfortable couches (great for napping!) and a television. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and more along with an eat-in dining table that seats 4. (A BBQ area is located next to the pool for outdoor cooking as well.) From these common areas, you have direct access out onto the patio and the pool through a pair of double glass doors.

The Villa can sleep 6 guests in total: on the ground floor are two bedrooms that share one easily accessible full bathroom. The first room is furnished with a double bed, and the second with a pair of spacious twin beds. The third bedroom is on the upper floor, also with a pair of twin beds, its own full bathroom, and a private balcony.
